Inspired by The Lakota Prayer, the Teachings of Sri Ramana Maharishi and personal experience with the profound wonder of Silence, the Sacred Space is a Course in Silent Sitting that gradually builds up the amount of time in Silence by 1 minute per day.


Through the course there are self assessments every 5 days to track your progress, beautiful images to feel calm and a quote on each page to keep you motivated, inspired and filled with peace.


This course is a great way to build up the practice of silence, relaxation, starting the day with clarity and inner peace. It is recommended to do each step of the course in the morning, as this is the prime time where the body and mind have recovered in sleep and are ready to have a fresh start for the day. It can be brilliant to help with focus and concentration, stress reduction and general well-being.
